The archive is not in sequential order. It was numbered as boxes were removed, in some cases reboxed and then photographed and stacked. Figure slightly over 100 ft³ to pack into a full-size SUV or van
- 85 Bank boxes 15″ x 12″ x 10″ each (about 85 ft³)
- 15 BetaMax boxes 15.5″ x 7.5″ x 10.5″ (about 10.6 ft³)

- the open box photo of each box with the corresponding number.
The steps to properly archive include:
- Replace misc boxes with banker boxes and copy labels (mostly done – took three days in 2024)
- Number each box and photograph the contents (done , took three days in 2026)
- TO DO: Open each box and list the contents (file folder headings, video headings). Correct inaccurate descriptions
- TO DO: Examine each page of files and document, view each video and describe contents
- TO DO: Digitially convert each video
- TO DO: Digitally scan each important document
Job 3 is not difficult and should be done by the receiving institution.
Job 4 will require a dedicated, funded graduate student
Job 5 and 6 will require funding

Box 79 includes various media not archived. Anything found in the house that was not in a box has been placed here
Box 80 is real film that appears to be from George’s earliest days.
